Skill Hunt HR is recruiting for a confidential healthcare infrastructure & healthcare-fintech organization currently expanding its Lagos operations.📍 Location: Ajah, Lagos🕒 Full-Time💼 Mid-Level / Senior Analyst Role💰 Competitive Salary + Performance Bonus + Benefits We are seeking a smart, analytical, and detail-oriented Data Analyst with experience working in regulated industries such as:• Fintech• Healthcare• Financial Services• Telecommunications• Pharmaceutical Operations KEY RESPONSIBILITIES📊 Produce operational reports & dashboards📈 Analyze trends, anomalies & business performance📋 Support regulatory reporting & compliance analytics🗂 Maintain structured datasets & reporting accuracy🔍 Generate insights to support business decisions🤝 Collaborate with local & international teams📌 Support audit-readiness & operational reporting REQUIREMENTS✔ Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field✔ Minimum 3 years’ Data Analytics experience✔ Strong SQL knowledge✔ Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools✔ Good understanding of structured operational data✔ Excellent analytical & communication skills✔ Experience in regulated industries is highly preferred ADDED ADVANTAGE➕ Experience with Python, R, or analytical scripting➕ Exposure to healthcare-fintech or fintech operations➕ Familiarity with compliance/reporting environments IDEAL CANDIDATE• Analytical• Detail-oriented• Organized• Business-minded• Comfortable working with sensitive data• Able to communicate insights clearly
