We are seeking a smart, analytical, and detail-oriented Data Analyst with experience working in regulated industries such as:
• Fintech
• Healthcare
• Financial Services
• Telecommunications
• Pharmaceutical Operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
📊 Produce operational reports & dashboards
📈 Analyze trends, anomalies & business performance
📋 Support regulatory reporting & compliance analytics
🗂 Maintain structured datasets & reporting accuracy
🔍 Generate insights to support business decisions
🤝 Collaborate with local & international teams
📌 Support audit-readiness & operational reporting

REQUIREMENTS
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
✔ Minimum 3 years’ Data Analytics experience
✔ Strong SQL knowledge
✔ Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools
✔ Good understanding of structured operational data
✔ Excellent analytical & communication skills
✔ Experience in regulated industries is highly preferred

ADDED ADVANTAGE
➕ Experience with Python, R, or analytical scripting
➕ Exposure to healthcare-fintech or fintech operations
➕ Familiarity with compliance/reporting environments
