Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, ensure proper inventory management, and support seamless production activities within a lube plant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the receipt of base oils, additives, and packaging materials into the warehouse.
• Verify the quantity and quality of all incoming materials against delivery (waybill) documentation.
• Maintain proper storage conditions to prevent contamination, spillage, or product degradation.
• Manage inventory of base oils, additives, packaging materials, and finished lubricant products.
• Monitor stock levels and notify management of reorder requirements.
• Coordinate the issuance of materials to the production/blending unit.
• Ensure accurate warehouse documentation and proper stock record keeping at all times.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in warehouse/store management.
• Experience in a lube plant is an added advantage.
• Minimum of HND/BSc in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accountability.
