The Unit Manager will oversee operational coordination, administrative management, reporting, and team supervision within the organization. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to interface effectively with senior management and drive operational excellence.

Reporting Line
Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Key Interfaces
Managing Director (MD)
General Manager (GM)
Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise daily unit operations.

Prepare operational and management reports.

Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to company standards.

Support business growth initiatives and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve organizational targets.

Maintain proper documentation, records, and administrative processes.

Ensure effective communication between management and operational teams.

Assist in implementing company policies and strategic objectives.

Requirements
Female candidate preferred.

Age range: 35 – 40 years.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related discipline.

Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a structured organization.

Strong leadership, administrative, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.

Real estate industry experience is an added advantage.
