Job Description – Treasury Officer (Cross-Border Fintech)
Department: Finance & Treasury Reports To: Group Finance Manager Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent is an advantage.
• 2–6 years of treasury, finance, banking, or fintech experience.

Skills and Competencies

• Treasury and cash management.
• Bank reconciliation and settlement management.
• Understanding of cross-border payments and foreign exchange operations.
• Financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong Excel and financial systems skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fintech environment.
