About the Role
We are hiring for the role of a Treasury & FX Sales Associate who will be responsible for driving foreign
exchange (FX) sales, managing client relationships, and supporting treasury activities. The ideal candidate
will provide clients with tailored FX and cross-border payment solutions, growing transaction volumes,
optimizing revenue from FX products, and supporting efficiency liquidity and settlement management.

Key Responsibilities
● Drive FX sales and onboard corporate clients with cross-border payment needs
● Provide FX quotes and manage pricing profitability
● Support treasury liquidity, funding, and settlement operations
● Build relationships with corporate clients and advise on currency/payment solutions
● Work with operations, compliance, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution
● Monitor FX market trends and share insights with clients
● Ensure compliance with AML/KYC and internal treasury controls

Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
● 3+ years of proven experience in Treasury and FX Sales, preferably in fintech, banking, or cross-
border payments.
● Strong understanding of FX markets, and payment systems.
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, business client acquisition, transaction
growth, and revenue generation.
