Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Training Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our Academy. You will manage training activities, coordinate facilitators and trainees, and work closely with the Brand & Communications team to drive course visibility and engagement.
 

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate academy operations and ensure smooth training delivery 
• Manage the academy website and track trainee applications 
• Source and coordinate facilitators (scheduling, bookings, follow-ups) 
• Serve as the primary contact for trainees (from application to completion) 
• Collaborate with Brand & Communications to support course promotions 
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with training processes 
 

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Admin, or related field 
• 0–2 years experience  
• Strong organizational and communication skills 
• Excellent communication skills and strong eloquence (verbal & written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
