ServeBench Ltd. is hiring Trainee-Fiber-To-The-Home - FTTH Maintenance Technicians for outage resolution across Lagos

LEARN. PRACTICE. EXCEL - Our hands-on training program equips you with the skills, tools and confidence to become a skilled FTTH professional in:
• FTTH Fundamentals
• Safety, Tools & PPE
• Cable Handling & Splicing
• OTDR, Power Meter & VFL Use
• Fault Identification & Troubleshooting
• Documentation & Reporting
• Field Practices & Site Etiquette

REQUIREMENTS:
• Basic knowledge of electricity, cables or networking (advantage but not compulsory)
• Able to use a smartphone & navigation apps
• Willing to work outdoors, climb ladders & in difficult locations
• Available for shifts, weekends & emergency call-outs
• Resident within or close to assigned cluster
• Good eyesight, colour identification & hand coordination
• Strong safety discipline
• No prior fibre experience is needed
