We are seeking an experienced Technology & Digital Operations Manager to oversee technology infrastructure, digital systems, and day-to-day IT operations within a dynamic, customer-focused organization.
This role is ideal for a technology professional who combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize all IT infrastructure, networks, Wi-Fi, business systems, and digital platforms.
• Ensure uninterrupted performance of internet, hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions.
• Provide technical support to management and operational teams.
• Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
• Manage company devices, email systems, software subscriptions, and digital tools.
• Coordinate with technology vendors, service providers, and external consultants.
• Support business operations through technology-driven improvements and innovation.
• Prepare periodic reports and recommendations on system performance, security, and upgrades.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in IT support, systems administration, digital operations, or technology management.
• Strong experience supporting both Apple and Windows environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage professionally with executives, business leaders, and corporate partners.
• Must be based in Abuja or willing to relocate.
• Must own and actively use an iPhone.
Preferred Qualifications
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, Cisco, Google IT Support, or related credentials.
• Experience within hospitality, wellness, fitness, luxury, or other premium customer-facing environments.
• Knowledge of cloud-based systems, software integrations, and digital business tools.
