Job Summary

📍Locations: Ore and Kogi.

💰 Compensation: 200,000 Basic Salary, Performance Incentives & Conveyance fee.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Lead to lead our distribution lending team in Akure and Ore. You will drive the acquisition, onboarding, and management of distributors for lending products and POS solutions while maintaining strong portfolio performance.

Requirements:
* OND / HND / B.Sc. in any discipline
* 3+ years experience in sales, field marketing, agency banking, or financial services (preferred).
* Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
* Basic understanding of POS/payment systems is an added advantage.
