Requirements:

Education
●Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field. Experience
●3-4 years of social media management experience.
●Experience in the construction, real estate, architecture, or agricultural sector is an advantage.
●Proven track record of managing business or corporate social media accounts.

Skills & Competencies
●Strong content writing, storytelling skills, and content creation.
●Knowledge of construction terminology, project phases, and agricultural operations (preferred).
●Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.).
●Basic photography and videography skills.
●Graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
●Ability to translate technical construction and agricultural processes into engaging content.
●Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
●Attention to detail and professionalism.
