A real estate company is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage its online presence and drive brand engagement.

Salary: 170,000

Location: Lekki

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies across digital platforms
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content
• Monitor social media trends and audience engagement
• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns
• Increase brand visibility, engagement, and followers
• Respond to messages, comments, and online enquiries professionally
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter)
• Experience with Meta Ads and social media analytics tools
• Excellent content creation and communication skills
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Basic graphic design/video editing skills are an advantage
