Meyer Plc is the manufacturer and marketer of high-quality paints, including architectural paints, wood paints, auto refinishes, industrial and marine paints, road lining paints, roof coatings, tube coatings, HP coatings, and adhesives.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Negotiate sales contracts and packages while identifying risks and business opportunities.
• Monitor, analyse and report sales performance and maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-7 years’ cognate experience. Experience in the paint industry is an advantage
• Strong sales, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven with excellent communication skills.
• Good knowledge of sales and marketing techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
