Senior Legal Associate (Female Preferred for Gender Balance)

Job Summary

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos (Hybrid)
Salary: *₦650,000* + HMO, Housing Allowance, Performance Bonus & Client Origination Commission

Requirements
• LL.B and B.L; must be called to the Nigerian Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years post-call experience, with at least 3 years in corporate/commercial law.
• Strong experience in corporate law, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and contract drafting/review.
• Knowledge of CAC and SEC filings; SEC accreditation is an advantage.
• Exposure to M&A, due diligence, and corporate restructuring is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and supervise junior associates.
• LL.M (Nigeria or UK) is an added advantage.
