SENIOR ASSOCIATE, FINANCE MANAGER

Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced finance professional who can do more than produce the numbers — we need someone who can build the systems behind them and turn financial data into insight leadership can act on.
This is a builder role for someone who will own financial reporting, strengthen internal controls, improve month-end close, support audit readiness, and help leadership make better financial decisions.
 

You may be a strong fit if you have: 

• 7–10 years' experience across financial reporting, accounting, and/or audit 

• ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification 

• Strong IFRS and Nigerian statutory/regulatory reporting experience 

• Hands-on experience strengthening internal controls 

• Experience leading or mentoring a finance team 

• Experience with ERP/accounting systems beyond Excel 

• Exposure to a fast-growing, multi-site or complex organisation

We're particularly interested in professionals who take ownership, build better processes , and explain what the numbers mean — not just report them.
