Job Overview
Brightsight Media Ltd is looking for a Sales / Marketing Officer with 5–8 years of experience, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency.

The ideal candidate will help promote our services, attract new clients, and grow the company by securing new business opportunities. You should be confident in presenting marketing solutions and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential clients
• Promote the company’s advertising and marketing services
• Present and pitch our services to new clients
• Close sales deals and bring in new business
• Meet sales targets and contribute to company growth
Maintain good relationships with existing clients
Work closely with the creative and production teams

Requirements
• 5–8 years experience in sales or marketing
• B.Sc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related field.
• Previous experience in an advertising or marketing agency is an advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet sales targets
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
