Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Reports to: Branch Manager 
Role: Full time, Onsite

Role Summary:
Own the branch sales strategy and lead the sales team to drive revenue across land, housing, and solar solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales & marketing plans for real estate and solar products
- Lead, train, and manage a team of 10+ Sales Executives
- Set targets, track KPIs, and drive daily/weekly performance
- Identify new markets: estates, corporate clients, diaspora, off-grid communities
- Plan site inspections, product demos, exhibitions, and digital campaigns
- Build partnerships with realtors, mortgage banks, and solar installers
- Report sales pipeline, forecasts, and market feedback to Branch Manager

Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4+ years sales experience with 2+ years leading teams in real estate/solar/FMCG
- Strong hunter mentality and closing skills
- Data-driven: can use CRM, Excel, and basic digital tools
- Based in Abuja with own network is a plus

Salary: Open for negotiation according to level of experience
