💰 Salary: ₦450,000/month + Commission

Job Description:

* Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans
* Drive revenue growth and market expansion
* Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets
* Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
* Oversee branding, campaigns, and customer engagement strategies
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

* Minimum of 4–5 years' experience in sales/marketing (real estate is a plus)
* BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Digital marketing knowledge is an added advantage
