Role Summary:
Aggressive field and digital sales of land, houses, and solar energy solutions to meet individual and team targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, pitch, and close sales of real estate and solar products
- Conduct site inspections and solar needs assessment for clients
- Generate leads via referrals, social media, estates, religious centers, corporates
- Meet daily call/visit targets and monthly sales quota
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit daily reports
- Follow up with clients until payment and project completion

Requirements:
- OND/HND/BSc in any field
- 1+ year sales experience. Real estate, insurance, solar
- Street-smart, persuasive, and target-driven
- Must reside in Abuja and know the city well
- Smartphone and ability to use WhatsApp, IG, Facebook for sales
- Commission-driven: Basic + High Commission structure
