Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Sales & Operations Lead to drive market entry and early-stage growth for FMCG oral care and personal hygiene products. This hands-on, field-based role requires strong sales experience, distributor management, and practical knowledge of Nigeria’s trade channels.

Responsibilities:
– Drive sales and revenue growth across key FMCG channels
– Activate and manage distributors, wholesalers, and off-takers
– Leverage existing trade networks to accelerate market entry
– Execute field sales and trade activation activities
– Track basic sales records and stock movement
– Work closely with leadership on go-to-market execution

Qualifications/Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, or related field
– 3–6 years’ FMCG sales, distribution, or trade marketing experience in Nigeria
– Proven experience with distributors, wholesalers, or off-takers
– Strong field sales capability and market presence
– Practical understanding of FMCG distribution in Nigeria
– Existing distributor/trade network is an advantage
– Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping is a plus
