Job Summary

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos.

 

Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Source and qualify potential clients through referrals, networking, and marketing initiatives to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Sales Negotiation & Closing: Guide clients through the buying and selling process, negotiate favorable terms, and close transactions to achieve individual and team sales target.
• Utilize strong persuasion and closing skills to convert leads into sales and achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Demonstrate in-depth market knowledge to effectively position our offerings against competitors.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships through exceptional relationship building.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in real estate sales.
• Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management.
• Strong knowledge of property markets, valuation, and negotiation processes.
• Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
