Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Reward Analyst to support our Rewards, Performance, and Recognition agenda. If you know strong talent with deep data capability and HR analytics experience, referrals are appreciated.

 

Key Must-Have Experience & Skills:
- 5–7 years’ experience in reward analytics, people data insights, and performance management reporting.
- Strong experience working with complex data from multiple sources and generating actionable insights for decision-making.
- Expertise in remuneration analysis, internal equity reviews, external benchmarking, and reward-related advisory support.
- Experience supporting performance cycles from goal-setting to ratings and reporting plus recognition program execution.
- Ability to apply analytics, statistical modeling, predictive/prescriptive insight techniques to people decisions.
- Strong attention to data quality, compliance, and reward governance requirements.

 

Qualification Requirements:
- First degree in Accounting, Statistics, or Sciences (required).
- Chartered Accountant qualification i.e. ACA/ACCA etc. (required).
- Data certification or applied data knowledge (advantage).
