Job Summary

Qualifications
●5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years focused specifically on technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data).
●Proven track record of hiring in fast-paced tech environments or high-growth scale-ups.
●Deep experience in full-life-cycle recruitment, including complex offer negotiations and stakeholder management.
●Experience with both agency and in-house recruitment is preferred.
●Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.

Preferred Qualifications
●Experience hiring across multiple geographies (e.g., Nigeria, UK, India).
●Background in fintech or banking environments.
●Familiarity with technical assessment platforms and competency-based interviewing.
