•Competitive, market-rate commissions 
•Base salary starts at ₦100,000, with a provision for a 15% increase each quarter, contingent upon the successful achievement of performance targets.

Requirements
●Functional mobile phone and reliable power supply
●Strong interest in sales and client engagement
●Fluency in English (spoken and written)
●Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role (2–8 years)
●Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
●Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships
●Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
●Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient
●Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, or sales tracking systems (an advantage)
●Strong time-management and organizational skills
●Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and client needs
●Experience working with a study abroad company (an advantage)
