Job Summary
The Relationship Manager – Retail will focus on acquiring and managing retail clients while driving deposit mobilization and product sales.
 

Key Responsibilities
Acquire new retail clients and grow the customer base.
Promote fixed deposit and other liability products.
Manage client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Identify cross-selling opportunities across financial products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide market feedback and customer insights.
Ensure proper onboarding and documentation of clients.
 

Requirements
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in retail banking or financial services.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Experience in deposit mobilization is highly preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Target-driven with strong customer focus.
