Job Summary
We are seeking a smart and results-driven Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and identify business opportunities across our travel services. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
* Identify upselling and business growth opportunities.
* Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups on the CRM system.
* Support customer retention and revenue growth initiatives.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
* Experience in Relationship Management, Customer Success, or Sales.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
* Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an added advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
