💼 Position: Recovery Manager

We’re looking for a confident, organized, and results-driven professional to manage overdue accounts and support clients with structured repayment solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Contact clients with overdue accounts 
• Identify reasons for delayed payments
• Negotiate sustainable repayment plans
• Maintain accurate client and payment records
• Work with the Retention Team to support long-term clients
• Track recovery targets and report progress
• Analyze aging reports and prioritize accounts by risk
• Escalate complex disputes when necessary

🔹 Mandatory Requirements
• Age: 19–30 years
• Strong knowledge of Bitcoin & cryptocurrency operations
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

🔹 Additional Qualifications
• CRM or spreadsheet experience is a plus
• Customer service, collections, recovery, or account management experience is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Calm, professional, and organized attitude
• Willingness to learn — full training provided
