Job Summary

Location: Lagos

Requirements
●Bachelor's Degree or HND in:
Quantity Surveying
Building Technology
Construction Management
Civil Engineering or related discipline.
●Professional certification is an added advantage:
Registered Quantity Surveyor (RQS)
Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS)
Registration with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN)

Experience
●Minimum of 4–7 years relevant experience.
●Proven experience in:
Architectural projects
Interior fit-out projects
Workspace and office design projects
Commercial and residential construction
Experience in furniture, joinery, and office fit-out costing is an added advantage.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in:
▪︎Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
▪︎Microsoft Project
▪︎AutoCAD (for reading drawings)
▪︎CostX or similar quantity take-off software
▪︎Planswift
▪︎Bluebeam Revu
▪︎Revit (basic understanding)
▪︎ERP or procurement management software
