Salary Range: ₦410,000 – ₦650,000 monthly

Job Objective:

The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and end-to-end delivery of projects across the department's portfolio, including TV and film productions, games and interactive media, and consultancy and capacity building engagements, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining required quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, including 2-3 years in a role with direct team management responsibility.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects of varying types and complexity.
Experience developing or improving project management systems, SOPs, or operational documentation.
Experience in creative, media, or related industries is preferred, though candidates from other industries with strong, transferable project management experience will be considered.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; no minimum academic qualification is strictly required.
Professional project management certifications is a strong advantage.
