Job Title: Project HR Business Partner
Location: Lagos Corporate Office (with occasional visit to site when required)
Experience Required: 3–5 years (EPCIC / Oil & Gas environment)

Pay: N400,000.00 - N800,000.00 per month

Role Summary:
The Project HR Business Partner will manage all personnel-related matters for project sites — from sourcing and onboarding to deployment, employee relations, and offboarding. The role also serves as the key HR interface with clients on all workforce matters.

Key Responsibilities:
📌 Manage end-to-end recruitment and mobilization for project personnel
📌 Ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards
📌 Act as HR focal point for client interactions on personnel issues
📌 Handle onboarding, documentation, and site readiness processes
📌 Manage employee relations, grievances, and welfare at project sites
📌 Coordinate payroll inputs (timesheets, allowances, rotations)
📌 Ensure proper offboarding and demobilization processes
📌 Maintain accurate HR records and support audits.

Requirements:
📌 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
📌 3–5 years HR experience in EPCIC or Oil & Gas servicing
📌 Strong knowledge of project-based workforce management
📌 Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
📌 High level of organization and attention to detail
