Production Manager – Interior Design Company

Job Summary

Location: Arepo
Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an Interior Design Company, seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee workshop operations, furniture production, installations, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily workshop and production operations
• Plan and manage production schedules for interior projects
• Supervise carpentry, furniture fabrication, upholstery, painting, finishing, and installations
• Ensure production aligns with approved designs, drawings, and client specifications
• Coordinate artisans, carpenters, installers, and production staff
• Monitor material usage and minimize production waste
• Conduct quality control checks on furniture and finishing works
• Ensure timely delivery and installation of completed projects
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams
• Track project timelines and resolve production delays
• Ensure workplace safety and proper handling of tools and machinery
• Manage workshop inventory, equipment, and maintenance schedules
• Train and mentor production staff to improve efficiency and workmanship
 

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in a related field
• 4–7 years experience in furniture production, interior fit-out, or manufacturing operations
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and manage production schedules
• Experience managing workshop operations and installation teams
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
