We’re looking for a *Principal-level Java Engineer / Technical Lead* to lead the Java engineering team and establish technical standards across multiple systems.

🔥 MUST-HAVE:
🔹 Strong Java & Spring Boot experience on Tier-1/national production systems
🔹 Experience setting engineering standards across multiple teams
🔹 Strong Kubernetes, Helm & GitOps experience
🔹 Strong PostgreSQL experience at scale
🔹 Event-driven architecture, idempotency & dead-letter handling
🔹 Proven experience mentoring engineers into technical leads
