Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, proactive, and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to a busy executive who shuttle Lekki and Ikeja
Location: Lagos State
Gender: Male
Pay: 150,000
Requirements:
•Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
•Strong organizational and time-management skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
•High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
•Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
•Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
•Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
•Run official errands and provide day-to-day administrative support.
•Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
