Payroll Specialist (Logistics)

Job Summary

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage monthly payroll and statutory compliance for our operations in Lagos.

📍 Location: Berger, Lagos (Onsite)
🏢 Industry: Logistics
💼 Experience: 2–4 years (Logistics or FMCG background preferred)
💵 Salary: 400,000 - 500,000 Gross

Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-end processing of monthly payroll, overtime, and commissions.
2. Calculation and remittance of taxes, pensions, and statutory deductions.
3. Ensuring full compliance with Nigerian labor laws and tax regulations.
4. Reconciling data and resolving employee payroll queries.

What You Bring:
1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll software.
3. Sharp numerical skills and absolute confidentiality.
4. Must have handled Bi-Monthly payroll
