Job Summary

Responsibilities
•Execute daily outbound calls, WhatsApp outreach, email campaigns, and field sales activities to acquire new customers.
•Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across assigned territories.
•Identify, prospect, and onboard distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and B2B customers.
•Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and close sales deals effectively.
•Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and structured sales processes.
•Research and qualify leads based on customer needs and buying capacity.
•Track and manage lead progression from prospecting to conversion.
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
•Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain excellent customer engagement.
•Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support sales strategy.
•Prepare weekly sales reports covering pipeline value, activities, closed deals, and sales forecasts.
•Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries, payments, and order fulfilment.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and sales documentation.
•Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity targets.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
•Minimum of 2–4 years proven outbound sales experience in FMCG, distribution, trading, or a related industry.
•Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing skills.
•Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
•Good knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
•Strong understanding of pipeline management and lead conversion processes.
•Ability to research, source, and qualify leads effectively.
•Strong objection-handling and relationship management skills.
•Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance and market trends.
•Highly driven, energetic, and target-oriented.
•Strong follow-through discipline and accountability.
•Ability to work independently and under pressure with minimal supervision.
