Educational Background:
●A bachelor's degree in social sciences, development studies, statistics, or a related field is required. A master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred and may enhance the candidate's qualifications for the position.

Experience:
●Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, or related fields. Experience working with international organizations, particularly in the context of gender equality and women's empowerment, is highly desirable. ●Familiarity with UN Women’s policies and procedures will be an advantage.
