MARKETING MANAGER

Job Summary

Location: LAGOS, LEKKI

We are a fast-growing premium health and wellness brand based in Lagos specialising in clinical weight management, IV drip therapy, aesthetic treatments, and feminine health products. We serve clients in Nigeria and internationally and we are scaling fast. We need a sharp, commercially-minded Marketing Manager to own our marketing function.

THE ROLE
• Full time, hybrid position
• In office: Wednesday, Saturday (10am-7pm) Sunday (11am-6pm)
• Work from home: Monday and Tuesday
• Salary: N250,000 Naira per month
• Start date: 1st June 2026
• Reports directly to the CEO

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Running and managing all paid advertising on Meta — Instagram and Facebook and WhatsApp, snap chat etc 
• Planning and delivering our monthly marketing calendar
• Briefing our creative team weekly with clear, specific direction
• Ensuring all content aligns with our brand voice and strategy
• Identifying trends across TikTok, Instagram, and the wellness space — and acting on them fast
• Building and managing genuine relationships with influencers, creators, and media contacts
• Monitoring performance across all platforms and reporting monthly to the CEO
• Managing the marketing budget and reporting on return on investment

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on marketing experience
• Proven ability to run and optimise paid Meta Ads — you must be able to show results
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook — what performs and why
• An active network of or demonstrated ability to build relationships with social media personalities and creators
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Commercially minded — you connect marketing to revenue
• Highly organised, proactive, and trend-savvy
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian market and diaspora audience
