MEDIPOOL is Nigeria's pioneering Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) for medicines and consumables, formed through a strategic Public-Private Partnership with the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MOFI). We're transforming Nigeria's healthcare supply chain by improving access, affordability and availability of quality health commodities.

We're looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our Legal & Company Secretariat team. This role independently manages contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, while mentoring the Junior Legal Counsel and supporting the Head, Legal in strengthening our legal infrastructure.

What you'll do:
• Draft and negotiate commercial, procurement and vendor agreements
• Lead governance workstreams (board papers, minutes, resolutions)
• Ensure compliance with CAMA, NDPA, NCCG and PVAC frameworks
• Manage CAC filings and the contracts portfolio

What we're looking for:
• 5–7+ years' post-call experience in corporate/commercial law
• Healthcare or regulated-industry background is a plus
