Requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience

●Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and relevant professional certification (CAMS or equivalent preferred).

●Experience: 10 years of experience in legal/compliance, with at least 3-5 years specifically within Fintech, Crypto, or Web3.

●Tech Literacy: Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized finance (DeFi).

●Regional Knowledge: Demonstrated experience managing compliance in at least two of our core regions (Africa, EU, or Americas).
