Salary Range: ₦300,000 - ₦400,000/month

Required Skills & Competencies
●Strong knowledge of surveying instruments (GPS, total station, theodolite, drones).
●Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS tools).
●Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for precise measurements.
●Ability to interpret construction drawings and legal land documents.
●Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with engineers, architects, and site managers.
●Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications
●Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
●Professional certification/licensure as a Land Surveyor (where applicable).
●Minimum 3–5 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in real estate or construction projects.
