Qualifications & Skills
●Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology,  Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
●Proven experience in laptop/desktop repair and maintenance.
●Strong knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting.
●Experience with operating systems (Windows, macOS).
●Familiarity with IT asset and device management.
●Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
●Strong communication and customer service skills.
●Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Certifications (not mandatory):
●CompTIA Network+
●Cisco CCNA
