Key Responsibilities
• Provide basic IT support for systems, devices, and software 
• Assist in maintaining company IT infrastructure and network systems 
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

• Ensure data security and proper system usage 
 

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field 
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting 
• Willingness to learn and grow in an IT role 
• Good problem-solving and communication skills 
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
