Job Summary
The AC Technician is responsible for ensuring all air conditioning systems operate efficiently and reliably. The role involves carrying out daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs to minimize downtime and maintain optimal cooling performance.

Key Responsibilities
·Inspect all AC units to ensure proper operation and monitor temperature levels across designated areas
·Identify early signs of faults such as unusual noise, vibration, or reduced cooling, lubricate moving components where necessary
·Check thermostats and control systems for accuracy
·Record daily readings and observations and maintain accurate logs of inspections, faults, and repairs.
·Check refrigerant levels and system pressure, ensure proper drainage and airflow
·Replace defective components such as motors, capacitors, and thermostats and respond promptly to system breakdowns
·Escalate complex issues when required and provide regular updates on system status and recurring issues
·Adhere to all safety procedures and standards

Requirements
· At least OND or Technical Certification in HVAC, Electrical, or related field
· Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
· Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
· Basic electrical knowledge
