HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Job Summary

📍 *Location:* Ikoyi, Lagos
💼 *Employment:* Outsourced via Consulting Firm
💰 *Salary:* ₦500,000/month

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum *5 years' HR experience*, with at least *2 years in a supervisory/managerial role*
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR practices
• Experience in *HR consulting/outsourcing or multi-client environments* is an advantage
• CIPM, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent certification is an added advantage
• Strong skills in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations and stakeholder management
