Job Summary

Location: Kano

Qualifications
●Proven experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
●Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices applicable in Nigeria, with the ability to ensure regulatory compliance.
●Demonstrated skills in communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder management across all levels of the organization.
●Ability to design and support training, learning, and development programs that build capabilities in a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment.
●Proficiency with HRIS tools, basic data analysis, and reporting to support data-driven HR decisions.
●Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work setting.
●Experience in recruiting is a must
●Experience working with or supporting tech or tech-enabled teams is a strong plus.
●Minimum of 2 years experience
