Human Resources Manager (Male Preferred for gender balance)

Job Summary

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦500,000

REQUIREMENTS
●Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
●Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
●Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
●Professional certification such as CIPM is an added advantage.
●Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
●Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
●Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
●Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
