Job Summary

Industry: Manufacturing (Polythene Polymer – Cellophane & Nylon)

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
-Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
-Drive talent management and workforce planning initiatives.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-Minimum 10 years' HR experience in the Manufacturing sector
-Strong experience in Polythene Polymer Manufacturing (Cellophane & Nylon) is compulsory
-Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
