Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage recruitment & on-boarding of Collection Officers
✅ Handle employee relations & disciplinary processes
✅ Maintain staff records and HR documentation
✅ Support performance management (target-driven teams)
✅ Coordinate training and staff development
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies & labor laws

Requirements:
✔️ B.Sc/HND in HR, Business Admin, or related field
✔️ 2–4 years HR experience (preferably in finance/collection industry)
✔️ Strong communication & problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to work in a target-driven environment
