Role Summary
A growing organization is seeking an experienced HR / People & Operations Manager to lead HR systems, talent management, employee engagement, and compliance while supporting strategic people operations across remote teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and probation processes
• Develop HR policies, KPIs, and performance frameworks
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and workforce planning
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian Labour Law and HR standards
• Prepare HR reports and support leadership decision-making
• Oversee people operations and remote team management
Requirements
• 4–7+ years HR / People Operations experience
• At least 2 years managing remote teams
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law
• Experience building HR systems, policies, and performance frameworks
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, Google Workspace, and project tools
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
