Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the daily human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration, while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including screening and interviewing candidates

Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases

Support performance appraisal and staff development initiatives

Handle employee relations issues and provide HR support to staff

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Assist with payroll coordination, leave management, and other HR administrative duties

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in an HR role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Note: Proximity to Ikeja is an added advantage.
